Municipal Court- Margate/Longport

Payments are accepted at the Violations Bureau Window from 8:00am - 3:30pm, and can be made by credit card, cash, check or money order. Payments are also accepted online at www.njmcdirect.com

YOUR COURT APPEARANCE

Court is being conducted virtually at this time via Zoom. You must download the Zoom app. Once scheduled for court, a link will be sent to the email you provided the Friday prior to your court date.

The Municipal Court Administrative offices and Violations Bureau will be operating at 9001 Winchester Ave (corner of Winchester & Union Ave) for Margate and Longport Courts.

Warning:  NJ Judiciary Municipal Court does not send out text messages.  They will ONLY send emails and phone calls only.   If you receive a text message, it is SPAM.
