Notice to Margate City Residents Regarding Property Tax Bills and Payments

The Final 2026/Preliminary 2027 Property Tax Bills (Aug/Nov 2026 & Feb/May 2027) are expected to be mailed out mid-July 2026, once Atlantic County Tax Board strikes our tax rate.  At that time, amounts due will be available online, so please feel free to check the WIPP payment portal for updates. https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=0116   Property owners are always welcome to visit the Tax Office at the Municipal Building located at 9001 Winchester Avenue, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm to pay their tax and/or utility bill.  Payments may be mailed or can be dropped into our After Hours Drop Box which is located on the right side of our front (main) door of the Municipal Building.  The After Hours Drop Box is checked every morning Monday through Friday.
